The HT2400 is a high frequency synchronous rectified step-down switch mode converter withÿbuilt in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The HT2400 offers two operation modes, PWM control and PFM Mode switching control, which allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.       

Full protection features include over current protection with hiccup-mode, over temperature protection and soft start function prevents inrush current at turn-on.       

The HT2400 requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in a space saving 6-pin SOT23 package.
