The HT8310D is a fixed frequency synchronous rectified step-down switch mode converter with built in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve 1.5A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The HT8310D has synchronous mode operation forhigher efficiency over current load range. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization.
The HT8310D has configurable line drop compensation.Full protection features include current limit, short circuit and thermal protection.The soft-start function prevents inrush current at turn-on.
The HT8310D requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in a space saving ESOP-8 package.
