The HT8322 is a fixed frequency synchronous rectified step-down switch mode converter with built in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve 3.5A continuous output curent over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation.
The HT8322 has synchronous mode operation forhigher efficien-cy over cunrent load range. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization.
The HT8322 has configurable line drop compensation.Full protection features include curent limit, short circuitand thermal protection.The soft-start function prevents inrush current at tumn-on.
The HT8322 requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in aspace saving ESOP8 package.
