The HT6130 is a high frequency, synchronous, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to provide a 3A continuous current over a wide input supply range , with excellent load and line regulation. Fault condition protection includes input over-v oltage pro tection, over-current limit , and thermal shutdown.
HT6130 requires a minimal number of readily available standard external components. It is available in ESOP8 package.
